Create Your First Job (5 minutes)
Let's create a complete job posting with AI-powered assessments in under 5 minutes:
Access the Recruitment Tool
Click Recruitment in the top-right header. Navigate to Recruitment Tool in the sidebar.
Fill in Job Details
Required fields:
- • Position Title (e.g., "Senior React Developer")
- • Company Name (e.g., "TechCorp Inc.")
- • Experience Level (select from dropdown)
- • Location & Work Arrangement
Generate Job Description
Click "Build Job Description" and wait 10-30 seconds. AI generates 5 sections: About the Company, Role Overview, Responsibilities, Requirements, and Compensation & Benefits.
Build Interview Plan
Click "Continue to Interview Builder". AI auto-generates a 4-step assessment pipeline in ~46 seconds. Review and click "Build All" to generate quiz questions.
Share & Deploy
Click "Share" to publish. Copy the assessment link (https://upstack.ai/a/[code]) and share it on LinkedIn, job boards, or your careers page.
Done! Your job is live. Candidates can now apply, complete assessments, and you can track their progress in real-time.
Create Your First Course (5 minutes)
Build an AI-generated course with interactive content:
Access Course Builder
Click Education in the top-right header to access the Education Tool at learnlab.upstack.ai.
Choose Content Source
Select "AI Generated" for your first course. Click "Continue to Course Details".
Enter Course Details
Field: e.g., "Software Engineering"
Topic: e.g., "Introduction to Python Programming"
Click "Generate Course"
Review Course Index
AI generates a complete course outline with sections and subsections. Edit, reorder, or expand sections as needed.
Generate Content
Click "Document" to generate full course content, or "Assessment" to create a quiz based on the course outline.
