Need more assessments?
Additional assessments are available at $0.75 each when you exceed your monthly limit. No hard limits — scale as needed. Overage charges are billed automatically.
Changing Your Plan
To Upgrade
- 1. Navigate to Settings → Payment
- 2. Toggle between Monthly or Yearly billing
- 3. Click "Subscribe" on your desired plan
- 4. Complete payment via Stripe checkout
- 5. Your plan is activated immediately
To Downgrade or Cancel
- • Contact Upstack AI support or manage via Stripe billing portal
- • Changes typically take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- • Access continues until the end of your paid period
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. No long-term contracts. Pro-rated refunds may apply (check Stripe billing policies).
